Bio Sketch/About
Dr. S. Kumar graduated with Chemistry, Botany and Industrial Microbiology in 2008 from D.D.U. Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur and post- graduated in Food Science and Technology in 2010 from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He also completed his Ph. D. degree in Food Science and Technology on research topic “Development of Spray-dried bacteriocin powder and its impact on the shelf life of Indian Cheese” in 2016 from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He qualified GATE in 2011. He also qualified ICAR-ASRB-NET in 2014 and 2021 respectively.
