The Ganga Girls ‘Hostel is named after one the most pious river in India’ the Ganga. There were 36 rooms in this hostel that could accommodate 72 female students. Dedicated to helping economically-weaker girl students grow in their creative abilities, Ganga hostel is committed to helping them in their educational endeavours. In Ganga hostel, we have the following amenities available to our students:

• Only hostel in CSJMU premises for economically weaker girl students.
• The hostel is provided with24x7 electricity and water supply.
• Mess facility that provides 4-course meal (breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner.
• Hot water facility only during winters.
• There are always cleaners, guards, and caregivers on hand.
• Sport facilities with equipment for example; volleyball, basketball,badminton rackets, skipping ropes etc.
• Clean green area with reading corners inside hostel premises.
• Regular yoga classes in morning, multiple cultural activities and competitions being held from time to time.
• Plantations within hostel garden.
• Different awareness campaign provided for the students regarding health and cleanliness.
• There are multiple facilities which are proposed like regular newspapers (both Hindi and English), and Wi-Fi.
• An incineration device and sanitary pad vending machine are provided in the toilets.
• Green area with reading corners inside hostel premises.
• The hostel creates homely environment for students which makes is a better place to live.
