Ms. Shaily Pandey is an Assistant Professor of Political Science in the School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Political Science from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from the same institution. She has qualified the UGC-NET examination and is actively engaged in teaching and research in the field of Political Science with 3+ years of teaching experience. Her academic interests include Gender Politics, Political Theory, and Political Thought. Her ongoing doctoral research focuses on issues related to gender and workplace dynamics in educational institutions, reflecting her broader interest in questions of power, identity, and social justice.
