This program offers advanced training in vocal performance along with an in-depth study of raag and Taal in Indian classical music. The course focuses on ragas patterns, ancient and modern raag systems, sur and laya and the study and reproduction of traditional compositions of vocal. Through practical training, stage presentation and viva-voce examinations, students develop strong performance abilities along with deeper academic understanding of vocal . The program prepares students for professional careers in performance, teaching, and research in Indian Classical music.
