Dr. Ankit Trivedi completed his doctoral degree from Gurukul Kangri Deemed to be University Haridwar. He started his teaching career as a teaching personnel in G.B. Pant University Pantnagar. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English and Modern European and other Foreign Languages in CSJM University Kanpur. He has published many articles and research papers in the domain of Indian and Western Poetics. He is deeply interested in Linguistics and Indian Knowledge System. He has delivered many invited lectures in various colleges and institutions. He has been a resource person in SCERT, New Delhi, where he incorporated new approaches and innovative teaching ideas in a paper ‘Language Across Curriculum’. He has a flair for the English language teaching.
