Dr. Rahul Tiwari joined the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies at C.S.J.M. University in Kanpur in 2021. He completed his LL.M. from DAVV Indore and secured Gold Medal, He did his Ph.D. from Bundelkhand University, Uttar Pradesh. He has published numerous articles and journals in reputable journals, with his areas of interest including Research and Methodology, Jurisprudence, and Criminal Laws.
