Dr. Rathaur academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Hons.) from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Building upon his undergraduate studies, he pursued a Master of Science in Agriculture with a specialization in Livestock Production Management from C.S. Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur. He furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Ph.D. in A.H. & Dairying (Livestock Production Management) from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. During his Ph.D. degree he was awarded the National UGC-BHU Fellowship. He joined as Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, after finished his Ph.D. degree. Dr. Rathaur has published more than twenty research papers, five review article, ten book chapters and ten popular articles in the Journals, books and magazines of National and International repute. All papers are indexed in Web of Science or Scopus. Dr. Rathaur is a reviewer for several reputable International journals. He is the editor of an edited book 'Recent Research Trends in Animal Husbandry and Dairying'. Dr. Rathaur has participated and presented research papers in five National and five International conferences/ symposia in India. He is life member of three International Professional Societies. Dr. Rathaur was awarded the Joint Organizing Secretary in 2021 and Young Scientist Award in 2023 by Agriculture and Environment Technology Development Society and Kalash Research and Welfare Society, respectively.
