He holds an MFA and a Doctorate in Visual Communication and Infographics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He further expanded his expertise through a year research program on Art Criticism at the Lalit Kala Akademi, Regional Centre, Lucknow. His academic achievements include two national scholarships in Photography and Art Criticism, the prestigious GIZ German Fellowship, and seven research papers published in esteemed national and international journals.
