Swimming Pool is an Institute Community Facility operating under the Physical Education Section through a Management Committee appointed by the Vice Chancellor. The expenses incurred in day-to-day maintenance and running of the swimming pool will be met out of the income generated through membership fees. A subsidy of an amount approved by the Vice Chancellor will be given from the University games and sports main budget. The staff of the swimming pool will be directly under the control of the Secretary, Sports Council.
