Legal Aid Clinic was established at Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies in 2017. The basic objective is to provide legal services to the poor, marginalized and weaker sections of the society as categorized in Section 12 of the Legal Services Authorities Act 1987. It is manned by faculties and paralegal volunteers (selected and trained by the Legal Services Authorities) with a sense of commitment, sensibility and sensitiveness to the problems of common people. The paralegal volunteer is available from 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM on all working days.
