Dr. Samiuddin joined the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies, CSJM University, Kanpur, in 2022 as an Assistant Professor. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Family Law from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, where he also completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. degrees. He has qualified the UGC-NET-JRF (Law) examination. His academic and research interests span Family Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, and Environmental Law. He teaches Constitutional Law at the postgraduate level and has worked on various aspects of Public International Law and Environmental Governance through research, coursework, and academic engagements. Dr. Samiuddin has presented papers at several national and international seminars, participated in conferences and workshops, and published numerous research papers in peer-reviewed and reputed journals. He has also completed multiple certificate courses in International Law and has contributed to interdisciplinary discussions on law, policy, and contemporary legal challenges. ORCID ID
