I am Currently pursuing PhD in Management from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. I have experience in academic as well in Hospitality Industries. My Industry and Teaching experience has been very satisfying and I have continuously upgraded my skills in my respective field. I have a patent published in Under the office of the controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks Department of Industrial Policy and Promotions, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. I have many papers published in Peer reviewed Journal and UGC listed Journal.
