Abhimanyu Sharma is a Hindustani classical vocalist and a UGC-NET-JRF qualified PhD Research Scholar in Hindustani Music at the University of Delhi. He holds a Master’s degree in Hindustani Music, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a Sangeet Prabhakar from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Prayagraj. He received his initial training under Shri Lalchandra Prasad Singh, a disciple of the renowned Pandit Jagdish Mohan of the Kirana Gharana tradition, and is presently furthering his musical training under Professor Ojesh Pratap Singh, a senior disciple of Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar of the Gwalior–Jaipur–Agra Gharana tradition. Known for his versatility and experimental approach to music, he has received numerous accolades at zonal, state, and intercollegiate music festivals in Delhi. Alongside his performance practice, he has trained aspiring musicians through collaborations with NGOs, schools, colleges, and educational institutions. He is also actively engaged in academic research and presents his work through research papers.
