Dr. Krishna Kant Tripathi has always wished to be a teacher, intending to contribute substantially to education. He brings a rich and diverse experience in teaching, learning, research, and institutional development, shaped by his engagement with varied cultural settings and educational contexts. Previously he served the Faculty of Education, Jamshedpur Women’s College, Jamshedpur Jharkhand during 2012-2015, an institution with potential for excellence by UGC (Jamshedpur Women’s University). From 2015 to 2026 he served at Mizoram University (A central University), Aizawl, Mizoram. Dr. Tripathi has published around seventy scholarly works, including research papers, books/book chapters, course materials, and e-content, with publications in Scopus-indexed journals. He has supervised four Ph.D. scholars, six M.Phil. scholars, and sixteen postgraduate students successfully. His academic and research interests include Teacher Education, Language Education, Curriculum Studies, Educational Technology, Educational Policy and Governance, Community Participation in Education, Rural Education, and Pre-school Education, Early Childhood Care and Education. He has also undertaken significant academic and administrative responsibilities, including serving as Assistant Director, Faculty Development Centre; Warden and Convenor of a cluster of hostels; Editor of the institutional journal, etc. He has contributed to program development, institutional initiatives, academic collaborations, and curriculum development. His professional contributions also include editorial responsibilities, resource-person engagements, research mentoring, and contributions to national-level academic and educational bodies.
