SELECTED ACADEMIC HIGHLIGHTS• Ph.D. in Management from Kumaun University on participative management culture and its impact on employee performance, job satisfaction and organisational culture.
• Recent research includes innovative work orientation in sustainable healthcare, organisational culture and psychological well-being, workplace bullying, employee well-being and talent retention.
• Completed three funded minor research projects, including an Interdisciplinary Skill Development and Innovation Centre (₹3.00 lakh) and a study on digital upscaling of higher education (₹1.61 lakh).
• Editor/co-editor of books on entrepreneurship, sustainability, innovation, contemporary management and sustainable business; co-author of an international Wiley/Scrivener book chapter (2025).
• Two national patents recorded in 2024: employee performance and engagement assessment system; energy-harvesting hotel buildings.
• Developed e-content in Human Resource Management (2025) and contributed to NEP 2020 implementation through a state-level policy document.
ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP & INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES• Handled student welfare responsibilities from 2018 to 2021 and again during 2025-26; managed Student Council and Hobby Council activities.
• Served as Dean Academics and Director at the University Campus during 2021.
• Academic roles outside the University include Board of Studies membership at Siddharth University and HBTU, and service as an external expert for academic audit at HBTU.
RESEARCH SUPERVISION• Ph.D. awarded under supervision: Deepika Katiyar (leadership effectiveness and employee work behaviour in banks) and Sapna Vishwanath Pandey (training, workforce commitment and employee retention in retail).
• Ongoing Ph.D. supervision includes research on high-pressure work environments/workplace bullying and organisational politics/work behaviour.
