He did his Ph.D. and LL.M. from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Uttar Pradesh. Before joining Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur in year 2022, he was serving as an Assistant Professor at Govt. D.K.P.G. College, Baloda Bazaar, Chhattisgarh. He has presented and attended many national and international conferences, seminars and webinars. He has 14 publications to his credit till date, including 2 books. He is an annual member of Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi and Lifetime member of South Asian Society of Criminology and Victimology and Indian Society of Victimology respectively. His areas of interest include Criminal law, Human Rights and Constitution law.
