Presently working as an Assistant Professor in Chhatrapti Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has qualified UGC-JRF in both Management and Commerce discipline and completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow. He has more than eight years of work experience in academics and has excelled in administrative activities such as handling Entrance Examination, Commencement of New Programs, Admissions Process & Counselling, Curriculum Development, Organizing Seminars & Conferences etc. He has edited the book “Management Dynamics in Transforming Economy” as an Associate Editor which was published in 2019. His present research expertise is in the area of Business Finance, Financial Inclusion and Financial Literacy.
