Chauhan is an accomplished social work professional and academician with over fifteen years of extensive experience in program management, CSR initiatives, education reform, public health, and community development. His work spans across partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and state governments, focusing on the areas of primary education, health, skill development, and social inclusion. Dr. Chauhan specializes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Project Planning and Implementation, Policy and Governance, and Rural–Urban Community Development. Alongside his teaching and mentoring responsibilities, he has successfully executed several government and institutional projects, including a comprehensive social audit under Samagra Shiksha, Government of Uttar Pradesh, evaluating the implementation of flagship programs like NIPUN Bharat and Operation Kayakalp. Prior to his academic role, Dr. Chauhan held leadership and coordination positions in reputed organizations such as Pratham Education Foundation, Bharti Foundation, AWARD (supported by the W.J. Clinton Foundation).
