Prior to joining Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University in Kanpur in 2022, Dr. Pramod Kumar began his career as an Assistant Professor at Oriental University in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in 2019, and later joined Amity University, Gwalior. He completed his M.Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi in 2011 and obtained his Ph.D. from the same university. His doctoral thesis was titled "Examining the definitional clauses in Indian Copyright Law: An Analytical study of the Copyright Act, 1957". Additionally, he did his LL.M. from Invertis University, Bareilly. Dr. Pramod Kumar has over thirteen publications, including articles and research papers in reputable national and international journals. His areas of interest include IPR, Competition Law, Business Law, and Jurisprudence.
