Dr. Dwivedi earned his undergraduate and D. Phil. degrees from the University of Allahabad, a Central University, and completed his LL.M. from VBS Purvanchal University in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has been involved in academia since 2004, teaching courses such as LL.B., BALLB, and LL.M. Throughout his teaching career, he has actively organized a range of seminars, conferences, and moot court competitions, emphasizing the importance of extracurricular engagement for students. He has also participated in numerous national and international seminars and conferences, both as an attendee and a presenter. Dr. Dwivedi has authored several articles published in UGC-listed journals and books bearing ISBNs. Additionally, he has guided many LL.M. and Ph.D. scholars. His primary areas of academic interest include Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Environmental Law.
