Mr. Ashok Kumar has joined the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies in 2021, an Assistant Professor. He earned his LL.M. from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, in 2016 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. on Data Protection in India at the University of Delhi. He has actively participated in various webinars and presented research papers at various international seminars. Additionally, he has published several research papers in reputed journals and contributed book chapters to edited volumes with ISBN numbers. His areas of interest include Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Law.
