Mr. Anil Singh Rathore is an academician and researcher with more then 20 years of experience in engineering education, academic administration, and student development. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has previously served in academic leadership positions, including Head of Department and Group Coordinator for First-Year Engineering. His academic and research interests include Digital Electronics, Microprocessors etc. His doctoral research focuses on the performance analysis of controllability for semi-linear networked control systems, including heterogeneous systems and systems with time delays. Mr. Rathore actively participates in Universal Human Values (UHV) initiatives and AICTE UHV activities, contributing to the promotion of value-based education, ethical awareness, and holistic student development. His involvement includes participation in UHV workshops, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), and related academic activities that promote the integration of universal human values into technical education. He is committed to fostering ethical responsibility, mutual respect, and a humanistic approach among students and faculty members. He has completed several NPTEL courses offered by premier Indian Institutes of Technology, earning Elite, Silver Medal, and Gold Medal distinctions in areas such as outcome-based education, learning analytics, and wireless communications. His professional interests include engineering research, innovative teaching methodologies, faculty development, and integrating technical competence with universal human values to support the holistic development of students.
