Miss Smita Gupta is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Library & Information Science, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur (U.P.). She has contributed many research articles. She has attended various national and International Conferences and presented papers. Her areas of interest are Library Computerization and E-resources. She was one of the members of Advisory Board in the national seminar NSKMOEPS-2016 organized by Moti Lal Rastogi School of Management, Lucknow. She has received Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of valuable and tireless contribution in the field of Library and Information Science and Women Empowerment from SIFPSA. She is a life member of Indian Library Association.
