Bio Sketch/About
Dr. Hradesh Rajput graduated with Chemistry, Botany and Zoology in 2007 from B.N.V. Degree College, Rath, Dist. Hamirpur, Jhansi. and post- graduated in Food Science and Technology in 2009 from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She served as Senior Research Fellow in Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET). ICAR, Ludhiana, Punjab. form 2010-2012 and also served as Senior Research Fellow Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab. From 2012 to 2015. She qualified ICAR-NET in 2014. She completed her Doctoral degree in 2018 from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj, India. She has served as Assistant Professor in ITM University, Gwalior from 2018 to 2022. Dr. Rajput joined as Assistant Professor (Food Technology) at School of Life Sciences and Biotechnology in August, 2022. She has been contributing to the department's teaching and research activities. She has published more than 20 research and review papers, 10 book chapters, and a number of articles. She has attended National and International conferences and seminars.
