Dr. Dwivedi obtained his Graduation and D.Phil degree from the University of Allahabad, which is a Central University, and his LL.M. from VBS Purvanchal University in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has been teaching since 2004 and has taught various courses such as LL.B., BALLB, and LL.M. During his teaching career, he has organized numerous seminars, conferences, and moot courts for students, believing in providing them with extra-curricular activities. He has also attended and presented papers in various National and International seminars and conferences in different capacities. Dr. Dwivedi has published several articles in UGC listed journals and books with ISBN numbers. Furthermore, he has supervised various LL.M. and Ph.D. students. His areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Environmental Law.
