Serving as Assistant Professor at CSJM University with expertise in Environmental Justice, over two years of expertise in Sustainability Science. She has served as a Senior Consultant with organizations including Srijan and has contributed to research and development projects with the Institute of Eminence, University of Delhi, as well as the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). She also coordinates master's-level teaching and fieldwork supervision as a Teaching Assistant. Her academic expertise spans environmental Sociology, Social Work Research, and Human Resource Management at the postgraduate level, authored eight publications in peer-reviewed journals actively engaged in teaching, research, and community-oriented development initiatives, also have guided more than 12 master's student for PhD and they are pursuing doctorate at Central University and institute of national importance.
