Ms. Kaushiki Trivedi joined Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies in 2024. She holds an LL.B. degree from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, and subsequently completed her LL.M. from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from CSJM University, Kanpur. She is an active participant in both national and international conferences, where she has presented several insightful research papers. In addition to her academic engagements, she has also served as the editor of notable books, including “Artificial Intelligence, Technology and Cyber Law: Challenges and Future Prospects” and “Smriti Sanhitayein aur Bharatiya Vidhik Parampara.”
