Dr. Pawan Kumar Gupta earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his Master's degree in Economics from the University of Lucknow, Lucknow. Dr. Gupta has made significant contributions to academic research and scholarship. He has published five research papers in reputed journals, authored one book, and contributed three chapters to edited volumes published by national and international publishers . He possesses valuable teaching and academic experience. He served as a Subject Expert at Dr. Shanker Dayal Sharma Institute of Democracy, University of Lucknow, for three years, where he was actively involved in teaching and mentoring students. He is currently associated with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) as an Academic Counsellor for Postgraduate students in Economics. His academic and research interests encompass a wide range of quantitative and analytical areas within Economics, with special expertise in: Business Statistics Mathematical Economics Econometrics Qualitative Research Methods Quantitative Research Methods Dr. Gupta's research and teaching activities focus on applied statistical and econometric techniques to address contemporary economic issues, policy analysis, and evidence-based decision-making.
