Under the guidance of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Sir, today – the First day of 02 Days Event on DOROTICS, 02nd National Drone Ranking Announcement was conducted in Seminar Hall @ UIET-4 during 02:30 pm onwards, which is attended by the students of BCA/ MCA. Online videos of total 21 teams – 09 teams from three different zones along with 12 other teams across the country, were displayed which were evaluated by a Committee of Judges, including National Board Members-BIAG, VCs/ Directors/ Deans of several Universities across India.

Prof. K. K. Aggarwal (Former Chairman-NBA) and Dr. Mukesh Batra (Padamshree Awardee, owner of Batra Homeopathy) addressed the gathering online and conveyed their best wishes to all the participating teams and send their greetings & regards to Hon’ble VC Sir.

Mr. Ashu Gupta, Executive Director & Founder Member, BIAG/ASFU along with Mr. Manoj Singh, Assistant Director, AICTE, New Delhi also addressed the students. Mr. Ashu Gupta coordinated with all the teams and Judges available online. On this occasion our BCA Students showcased their Drones & Robots. Faculty members of the department were also present in the event.

Under the guidance of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Sir, yesterday – the Second day of 02 Days Event on DOROTICS – 02nd National Drone Ranking Announcement & DOROTICS Conclave was conducted in Seminar Hall @ UIET-4 during 02:30 pm onwards, which is attended by the students of BCA/ MCA. Online videos of total 14 teams – 11 teams of National Ranking along with 03 winning teams across the country, were displayed, which had been evaluated by a Committee of Judges, including National Board Members-BIAG, VCs/ Directors/ Deans of several Universities across India. 1st prize is begged by PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore (TN), 2nd is begged by
Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management & Technology, (The Wing), Raipur (CG) and 3rd is begged by Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering and Technology (Boys), Malda (WB). Winning teams were given cash prizes of Rs. 5000/-, 3000/- and 2000/- along with trophies and certificates respectively. All participating teams will also be given e-certificates.

Prof. Velraj Ramalingam (VC – Anna University, Chennai) addressed the gathering online and Dr. Syed Mujahed Hussaini (Member – Evaluation Committee from Hyderabad) along with Mr. Ashu Gupta announced the result online and conveyed their best wishes to all the participating and winning teams.
Mr. Manoj Singh, Assistant Director, AICTE, New Delhi also addressed the students. Mr. Ashu Gupta coordinated with all the teams and Judges available online. On this occasion our BCA Students Ayush and Madhav Krishna Pandey showcased their Drones & Robots. Faculty members of the department were also present in the event.
