This transformative initiative benefits students, faculty, and researchers of all higher education institutions and Research and Development Institutions managed by the central and state governments.

Access to E-Resources: Nearly 13,000 journals from 30 major international publishers, including Elsevier, Springer-Nature, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley.
Beneficiaries: Approximately 1.8 crore students, faculty, and researchers across 6,400 institutions.
Implementation: Coordinated by the Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre through a digital process.
Vision: Aligns with the Indian government’s Viksitbharat@2047 vision of establishing India as a global research and innovation hub.
